ITIL 4.0 is to be announced soon, and IT organizations start their journey for ITIL 4 in 2019. But now we hear news about it almost every day.

ITIL 4.0 incorporates best practices from other ITSM, project, and IT product standards and frameworks such as:

  • Lean & Kanban
  • DevOps
  • COBIT5
  • Cloud Computing
  • PRINCE2
  • ITRCA kepner & Fourier

The new certification schema consists of 4 levels. Current certification holders remain certified lifelong.
