AXELOS announces ITIL remains the most popular IT service management framework according to the year 2017 research.

The ITIL 4th version is improved with Agile and lean best practices. We expect, the ITIL v.4 will be represented in November, 2019, and will be public available in February, 2019.

Afterwards the certification schema will be changed during years 2019 – 2020.
