PMP updated Examination Content Outline
The PMI published an updated “Project management professional Examination Content Outline” which is effective from November, 2nd.
The main updates (thanks to Oliver F. Lehman for in-depth analysis):
– Number of tasks increased from 37 to 42.
– There is a stronger focus on stakeholders and communications with them.
– Clearer separation of management plans and work-level plans (I made a comment on that during the piloting session).
